Personalised Hole/Vent Cover

Description

Custom sized to fit holes for ventilation or neatening up holes where cables pass through.

Design features a VW logo in black plastic as standard but commissions are available by request, including colour and icon/logo.

These are suitable for cool air intake or warm air output. The plastic I use won’t stand up to the heat for a diesel heater output.

Simply supply the size of the hole in the comments for your order and I will make it to fit the hole (with a small tolerance). Please get in touch to discuss if you aren’t sure what size you need. I can supply a drawing to confirm size before you order.

As you can see from the cross-section drawing, they have a raised back so they slot into the hole. Depending on the hole finish they may pressure fit (e.g. when the hole is covered with carpet). However, in certain applications, some glue to hold it may be beneficial. I would recommend Sugru or Sikaflex as likely to work best but gluing plastic can be very tricky so I can’t guarantee what you use. Please get in touch to discuss if required.
